Cancellation Policy

At PAWAN KUMAR SINGH (SIGNXPERT INDIA)  we strive to provide fast and reliable Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) services through authorized Certifying Authorities (CAs). Due to the nature of digital security products, the following cancellation and refund terms apply.

  1. Nature of Service

Digital Signature Certificates are secure digital products issued by licensed Certifying Authorities under the Information Technology Act, 2000 (India). Once issued, a DSC cannot be returned or reused.

  1. No Cancellation After Issuance

Cancellation and refund requests will NOT be accepted once:

  • The DSC application has been approved by the Certifying Authority
  • The DSC has been issued
  • The certificate has been downloaded or installed
  • The USB token (if applicable) has been dispatched or delivered
  • Video verification / Aadhaar authentication is completed and approved

All fees paid after issuance are non-refundable.

  1. Cancellation Before Issuance

Cancellation may be considered ONLY if:

  • The DSC has not yet been issued
  • Application processing has not been completed
  • Required verification is pending
  • Request is submitted within 24 hours of order placement

Approved cancellations may be subject to:

  • Deduction of payment gateway charges
  • Administrative / processing fees
  • Cost of USB token dispatch (if already shipped)

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.

  1. Application Rejection by Certifying Authority

If the Certifying Authority rejects the application due to reasons not attributable to the applicant, the customer may choose:

  • Full refund (after deductions, if any), OR
  • Resubmission / correction of application

No refund will be issued if rejection occurs due to:

  • Incorrect or false information
  • Mismatch in documents
  • Failure to complete verification
  • Non-submission of required documents within the stipulated time

 Errors Made by Applicant

Refunds will not be provided for applications containing:

  • Incorrect name, PAN, or organization details
  • Wrong certificate type selected
  • Duplicate applications submitted by mistake
  • Failure to follow instructions during verification

A new application and fee will be required for corrections.

  1. Revocation of Issued DSC

Once issued, a DSC can only be revoked, not cancelled.

Revocation may be requested if:

  • Private key/token is lost or compromised
  • Authorized signatory changes
  • Certificate no longer required

Revocation does not entitle the applicant to any refund.

  1. USB Token Policy (If Applicable)
  • USB tokens once delivered cannot be returned for refund due to security reasons
  • Replacement will be provided only for manufacturing defects reported within 1 days of delivery

Refund Processing

  • Refunds (if approved) will be processed to the original payment method only
  • Processing time: 7–10 working days
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment gateways

PAWAN KUMAR SINGH (SIGNXPERT INDIA) reserves the right to:

  • Approve or reject cancellation requests
  • Modify this policy without prior notice
  • Deduct applicable charges before processing refunds
