  1. Nature of Services

We provide assistance in procuring Digital Signature Certificates issued by licensed Certifying Authorities (CAs) under the Information Technology Act, 2000 (India).

Services may include:

  • DSC application processing
  • Aadhaar eKYC / Video verification assistance
  • Documentation support
  • USB crypto token supply (if selected)
  • Installation guidance

We act as a facilitator/reseller and do not issue certificates directly.

  1. Eligibility

By using our services, you confirm that:

  • You are legally competent to enter into a contract
  • Information provided is true and accurate
  • You are applying for a DSC for lawful purposes only
  1. Applicant Responsibilities

The applicant must:

  • Provide accurate personal or organizational details
  • Submit valid supporting documents
  • Complete verification as required by the Certifying Authority
  • Safeguard the private key and USB token

We are not responsible for delays or rejection due to incorrect or incomplete information.

  1. Issuance of DSC

DSC issuance is subject to:

  • Approval by the Certifying Authority
  • Successful verification process
  • Compliance with regulatory requirements

We do not guarantee issuance if CA requirements are not met.

  1. Cancellation & Refund

Cancellation and refund are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy, available on the website.

Key points:

  • No refund after DSC issuance or approval
  • Limited refund possible before issuance
  • No refund for applicant errors or incorrect information
  1. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery of USB tokens (if applicable) is governed by our Shipping Policy.

We are not responsible for courier delays, incorrect address details, or recipient unavailability.

  1. Use of Digital Signature Certificate

The DSC holder is solely responsible for:

  • Proper use of the certificate
  • Compliance with applicable laws
  • Protection against unauthorized use

Misuse may lead to legal consequences under applicable laws.

  1. Revocation of Certificate

A DSC may be revoked upon request or as required by the Certifying Authority. Revocation does not entitle the applicant to any refund.

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Liability is limited to the amount paid for the service
  • We are not responsible for losses arising from misuse of the DSC
  1. Service Availability

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify or discontinue services without prior notice
  • Refuse service for suspicious or fraudulent activities
  • Update pricing at any time
  1. Intellectual Property
