At PAWAN KUMAR SINGH (SignXpert India), we ensure safe and timely delivery of USB tokens (if applicable) and prompt issuance of Digital Signature Certificates (DSCs). This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines how orders are processed and delivered.

  1. Nature of Delivery

DSC services may involve:

  • Digital Delivery: DSC issued electronically after approval
  • Physical Delivery: Secure USB crypto token (eToken) shipped to the customer (if selected)
  1. Processing Time

Orders are processed after:

  • Successful payment confirmation
  • Submission of required documents
  • Completion of Aadhaar eKYC / Video Verification
  • Approval by the Certifying Authority

Typical processing time:

  • Normal DSC issuance: 1–3 working days
  • Urgent processing (if available): Same day or next working day
  • Processing times may vary depending on CA approval and document accuracy
  1. Digital Delivery of DSC

Once approved:

  • DSC will be available for download or installation as per CA guidelines
  • Installation assistance may be provided remotely (if included in service)
  • No physical shipment is required for cloud-based DSCs

Customers must ensure:

  • Correct email ID and mobile number are provided
  • System compatibility for installation
  1. Shipping of USB Token (If Applicable)

If a hardware token is selected:

  • Tokens are shipped via reputed courier partners
  • Dispatch typically within 1–2 working days after issuance approval
  • Delivery time: 2–7 working days, depending on location

Shipping coverage: Across India (remote areas may take longer)

  1. Shipping Charges
  • Shipping charges may be included in the service fee or billed separately
  • Any applicable charges will be displayed at checkout or communicated before dispatch
  1. Tracking Information

Once dispatched:

  • Tracking details will be shared via SMS / Email / WhatsApp (if available)
  • Customers can track delivery using the courier tracking number
  1. Delivery Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier service issues
  • Natural disasters or force majeure events
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address
  • Recipient unavailability
  • Government restrictions or lockdowns

However, we will assist in coordinating with the courier whenever possible.

  1. Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery fails due to incorrect details or absence of recipient:

  • Re-dispatch may incur additional charges
  • Customer must provide correct address and availability
  1. Damaged or Defective Token

If the USB token is received:

  • Physically damaged, OR
  • Not functioning

Customer must notify us within 1 days of delivery with:

  • Unboxing photos or video
  • Order details

Eligible cases will receive a replacement at no additional cost.

  1. Address Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing:

  • Accurate shipping address
  • Correct PIN code
  • Valid contact number

We are not liable for losses due to incorrect information.
